Warm welcome from host. Clean, cosy rooms with a comfortable bed. Setting near the main island as well as the Venezia Mestre train station. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

The location is very comfortable and perfect, very close to the train station.

my recent stay in mestre was outstanding, but my stay at a certain b&b this summer was even better! everything was clean, cozy, and well-organized. the location was perfect, close to the bus to venice, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at a budget-friendly place in Venice. The host, despite the language barrier, made sure we were comfortable and even allowed us to store our food in the fridge. The room was newly renovated with AC and a large TV with Netflix. The location, just a short train ride away from the historical center, was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the train station that takes you to the main island. there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafeterias in the vicinity, providing many options for dining and entertainment. the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-kept, with high-quality furniture and amenities.

Staying at this B&B was truly an adventure! The host's communication skills were top-notch - Google Translate never looked so appealing. And the "home studio" ambiance? Well, it definitely added a touch of authenticity to my stay.

I always return to this B&B. Friendly staff assisted with a room issue, even at night. It suits me perfectly with AC, TV, no pets/smoking. Excited to come back for New Year!
